MEXIKANISCHER Rice Pudding

Seek and you shall receive! We’re now serving Rice Pudding, a must-try dish this weekend! Join us for an al fresco meal.

Ingredients:

7 cups of water,

1 cup of long grain rice,

1 cinnamon stick (about 10 cm),

1 can (355 g) of condensed milk,

1 can (400 g) of sweetened condensed milk,

1 cup of whole milk,

3/4 cup golden (or regular) raisins. Optional:

You can also add pineapple, coconut and drained pecans (or other nuts of your choice; my friend added them to give it her personal touch).
