MEXIKANISCHER Rice Pudding

Instructions:

Place the water, rice, and cinnamon stick in a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook uncovered for about 18 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Drain the liquid, remove the cinnamon stick, and set the rice aside. Return the rice to the saucepan. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, condensed milk, and whole milk. Bring back to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in the raisins. Transfer the pudding to a serving dish. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.

Enjoyment!
