Cheese and Ham Crepes

 Ingredients (for 8 medium crepes)

For the crepe batter:

  • 250g of wheat flour 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 500 ml of milk 

  • 1 pinch of salt 

  • 1 tbsp of melted butter 

For the filling:

200g of sliced ​​cooked ham 

  • 200 g cheese (mozzarella, gouda or emmental) 

  • (Optional) Light béchamel sauce for gratinating
