Honey Garlic Butter Steak and Rice Skillet

Ingredients:1 lb steak (cut into strips)1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon butter4 cloves garlic (minced)1/4 cup honey2 tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 cup rice (uncooked)2 cups beef brothSalt and pepper, to tasteFresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)Instructions:Cook Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
