Preparation:
Start by deboning the meat. If desired, you can also remove the skin, then cut the meat into pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and granulated garlic.
Mix well, spreading the spices on each piece of meat. Lay a piece of aluminum foil on the work surface. Place the meat near one of the long edges and roll it into a roll, wrapping the meat well in 2-3 layers of foil.
