Tender chicken ham

Place the roll on a tray and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, on the middle shelf, for 80 minutes. After 80 minutes, remove the roll from the oven and place a weight on it. We used a meat grinder and a 1 kg jar of cornmeal. Refrigerate everything overnight or at least for 6-8 hours.
