This bread is like a hug from the inside! So soft, sweet, and loaded with cinnamon goodness!

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs: Beat together the softened butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add wet ingredients: Stir in the buttermilk or homemade buttermilk.
Add dry ingredients: Combine the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Prepare loaf pans: Grease two loaf pans.
Layer batter and cinnamon mixture: Divide the batter in half and place one half in each prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the batter in each pan. Add the remaining batter to the pans and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture. Swirl the batter with a knife.
Bake: Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Let the bread cool in the pans for 20 minutes before removing and slicing.
