Stirring rice with salt ~ A secret that no one will tell you

How to do it correctly

Wash the rice (if needed for variety)

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt per 200 g of rice

Stir well before cooking

Cook as usual (absorption or boiling)

⚠️ Caution

Do not overdo it with salt: too much can harden the grains

If you use broth, reduce or remove the salt

For brown or basmati rice it works particularly well
