Detoxify your body: Apple cider vinegar is said to support detoxification by promoting blood flow and increasing the liver’s ability to eliminate toxins. The acids in the vinegar help eliminate impurities stored in the blood, fat cells, and organs. Apple cider vinegar also provides the body with a large amount of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes essential for detoxification. Before each meal, add one to three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm or cold water. You can also add it to hot water with a little honey and drink it as a tea.
Excellent skin toner: Apple cider vinegar is known as a natural remedy for a variety of skin conditions, such as removing small warts, sunburns, blemishes, and acne scars, as well as treating acne itself.
For warts: Soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and then apply it to the wart overnight with a bandage. The reaction with the solution may cause the skin to swell slightly, and the wart will fall off. Once the wart falls off, continue the treatment for a few more days to ensure it doesn’t recur.
For acne and other conditions: Mix one part purified water with one part vinegar in a small glass container. Depending on your skin’s sensitivity, you can dilute with more water.
