Instructions
1. Preheat and Grease
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
2. Mix and Season
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
Optional: Mix directly in the casserole dish and brown the sausage before adding.
3. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
4. Finish
Remove foil and bake 5–10 more minutes for a golden top.
5. Serve
Let the casserole cool briefly before serving and enjoy!
