French Onion Meatloaf with Melted Swiss Cheese

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, French onion soup mix, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined, but be careful not to overwork the meat mixture.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth with any remaining French onion soup mix.
Pour the beef broth mixture over the meatloaf, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Cover the loaf pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the meatloaf, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
