Fajita Chicken Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with fajita seasoning mix.
Sauté the seasoned chicken in a skillet until cooked through.
Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
Combine cooked chicken with sliced peppers and onions in a bowl.
Spread the mixture in the greased baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
