Don’t eat cabbage until you see this recipe! You’ll want to do it like this!

Step 1: Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare Cabbage: Cut the cabbage into 6-8 wedges, making sure to leave the core intact on each wedge to help them hold their shape during cooking.
Step 3: Make Marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano. Whisk well.
Step 4: Marinate Cabbage: Toss the cabbage wedges in the marinade to coat them evenly on all sides.
Step 5: Bake: Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet. Cover the sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the edges are slightly crispy and caramelized.
Step 6: Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) immediately before serving and enjoy!
