Crispy Fried Chicken with Noodles & Sweet Chili Glaze

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Chicken

Slice chicken breasts lengthwise.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder.
2. Make Crispy Batter

Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, pepper.
Dip chicken into dry mix → buttermilk → dry mix again.
Press well for extra crunch.
3. Fry

Heat oil to 170–175°C (340°F).
Fry chicken 5–6 minutes until deep golden and crispy.
Drain on rack or paper towel.
4. Make Glaze

Simmer all glaze ingredients for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
Brush or drizzle over fried chicken.
5. Creamy Noodles

Cook noodles until al dente.
Melt butter, sauté garlic.
Add cream, salt, pepper.
Toss noodles until silky.
6. Serve

Plate noodles.
Top with crispy chicken.
Drizzle extra sauce.
Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
