Creamy Crab-Style Seafood Salad

Step 1: Make the Dressing
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Step 2: Add the Crab
Break the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces and gently fold them into the dressing.

Step 3: Mix in Vegetables and Season
Add celery, red onion, and corn. Stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper, and add fresh dill if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1 hour or longer is best) to allow the flavors to meld.
