Creamy casserole of minced beef and potatoes

1. Prepare the Beef Filling

Heat olive oil in a skillet.

Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add minced beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until browned.

Stir in flour, cook 1 minute.

Slowly pour in beef broth and milk, stirring until creamy. Add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.

2. Layer the Casserole

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom.

Spread half of the creamy beef mixture.

Add remaining potatoes, then the rest of the beef.

Sprinkle with cheese on top.
