Cream Cheese & Sausage Balls with Rotel

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully blended.
Scoop the mixture and roll into 1–1½-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
