1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
2. Wash, peel, and grate the carrots first.
3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites.
4. Using a mixer, bring the egg yolk and sugar to a boil. Add the carrots and spices and mix together.
5. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix again.
6. Gently fold the egg white in half.
