Bulgarian pie with cheese and yogurt

Preparing the filling:
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the yogurt, baking soda and crumbled cheese.

If the cheese is not salty, add salt. Mix well.

Assembling the pie:

Grease a pie sheet with a little melted butter + oil. Overlap a second sheet and grease it too. Spread the filling on the long side of the sheets and roll tightly.

Place the formed roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat the process with the remaining sheets and filling.
