Ingredients
For the Carrot Cake Roll:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
⅓ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup grated fresh carrots (about 2 medium carrots)
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp milk (for consistency)
