Alarm in well-known supermarket chains in Greece – Minced meat recalled due to salmonella

Lidl Hellas announced the recall of the product “Minced Beef 12-24 Months Fresh, 500gr VAC” with an expiration date of 16/10/2025 and batch number L25.277, as the presence of salmonella cannot be ruled out.

Customers are urged not to consume the product of VESTA FOODS S.A. The minced meat can be returned to any Lidl store, with the purchase price being refunded, even without the receipt of purchase.

“In the context of consumer protection, the company VESTA FOODS S.A. is proceeding with a preventive recall of the product “Minced Beef 12-24 Months Fresh, 500gr VAC” with an expiration date of 16/10/2025 and batch number L25.277.
