2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp butter
For the Layers
2–3 packs chocolate tea biscuits (or any rectangular cocoa biscuits)
1 cup milk (for dipping biscuits)
For the Caramel Nut Topping
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or walnuts
