Introduction
If you haven’t met the 2-ingredient dough yet, you’re in for a treat. This simple combination of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt produces a soft, elastic dough with mild tang and a tender crumb — no yeast, no kneading marathon, and no long waits. It’s ideal for weeknights, impromptu pizzas, or playful baking with kids. The technique is adaptable: change thickness, bake or grill, and you’ll get everything from pillowy flatbreads to quick soft bagels or a rustic cinnamon roll.
