60g (2 oz) hazelnuts, roughly chopped
30g (1 oz) pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
30g (1 oz) dried cranberries
30g (1 oz) raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed until smooth
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins:
Dark chocolate chips
Chia seeds or flaxseeds
Shredded coconut
A dash of nutmeg or ginger
Other nuts: almonds, pecans, or cashews
